How Does It Work? | ||
Facility staff add events to the facility social calendar (eg. Coffee, Exercise, Movie Night). All these events are immediately visible to the residents.
Residents add their own events to their personal calendar (eg. Family Birthdays, Appointments, Visits). These events are only visible to the resident that created the event, and to the family/friends with whom they have shared their calendar. Events can be one time "Special Events", regularly occurring Weekly, Monthly, or Annual events, or events that occur over a period of time (eg. Holiday trip). Residents can choose to be reminded of upcoming events with a 'Pop-Up' on their calendar, and optionally an audible 'ding' and/or voice message. |
